Manchester United celebrate a great win against Bodo/Glimt – Lugano beat Gent

FC Lugano has all but sealed their place in the Serie A during the winter. Ticino celebrated their third win in their fourth match against the Belgian side in Gent with a 2-0 victory at home in Thun.

Lugano suffered no damage in the closing stages of pressure for sixth-placed Belgium in the domestic league and cleared the air in the 86th minute through Ousmane Dubias.

For now at least, things are going well for Mattia Croci-Torti's team in terms of progress. Lugano's last two games were against Legia Warsaw, who have yet to lose a point, and the Cypriots in Paphos. It is possible to finish in the top 8 and go directly to the top 16.

The foreign player from the Bundesliga put in a determined performance but in the end the favorites still had the upper hand. Chelsea remained flawless after four games, winning 2-0 with goals from Christopher Nkunku (58th) and Mihailo Mudric (86th). 1. Heidenheim will be the last opponent after the end of the St. Gallen League.

Astana-Victoria Guimarães 1:1

FC St. Gallen's next opponent, Victoria Guimarães (at St. Gallen on December 12), only managed a draw in Kazakhstan. In the 89th minute, clown Jesus Ramirez equalized for Vitoria, and the Portuguese team drew 1-1 with Astana. The goal also kicked off stoppage time, a game that already had five yellow cards. Manchester United – Bode/Glint 3:2

Manchester United celebrated their first win under new coach Ruben Amorim in just his second game. It was a hard-fought battle as Alejandro Garnacho took the lead after just 48 seconds and the Red Devils had to overturn their deficit.

A pair of goals from a superb combination of Hakon Evjen (19th) and a quick attack from Philip Zinckernagel (23rd) put the Norwegian visitors 2-1 ahead .

After halftime, Rasmus Hoylund crossed with his left foot and volleyed with his right foot to equalize the score. Five minutes after the break, the Danes were offside and won 3-2.

Lazio Roma – Ludogoros Rasgrad 0:0

After four wins, Lazio dropped points for the first time. A lot of things were right against Ludogorets Razgrad, but the accuracy in the finish was less than ideal. In the 68th minute, Swiss European Championship hero Kwadwo Dua came on for the visiting team of Bulgaria. He could not change the fact that Razgrad still had no shot.

Midtjylland – Frankfurt 1:2
