Lizzo wore an Olympic-themed Halloween costume as the singer parodied an episode of “South Park” that parodied her earlier this year.
On Monday, the 36-year-old took to Instagram to share several posts containing photos and videos of herself wearing a red and white package of a placebo weight loss drug called Lizzo with a yellow measuring tape secured around her waist.
Last month, Lizzo, born Melissa Vivienne Jefferson, slammed claims that her slim figure was due to Ozempic.
“LizzOzempic dump,” the four-time Grammy winner commented in a post.
In her slideshow, Lizzo shared a video of her holding a slice of pizza while standing next to someone dressed as popular “South Park” character Eric Cartman.

The next two photos showed Lizzo standing in front of a black car while flashing a peace sign and then giving a thumbs up. Lizzo is seen sitting in the car with a bottle of Clase Azul Reposado Tequila in the next two photos and concluded her post with a video of herself rolling up the car window.
In another post, Lizzo and the person dressed as Eric Cartman were seen dancing to the song “APT” by Rosie and Bruno Mars.
“This is the time of year I feed you ridiculously well and you're welcome baby,” she wrote in the caption, with a smiling face and tongue hanging out.

The singer also shared a photo of herself appearing in a fake ad for Lizzo's weight loss drug. The ad was titled: “Do you need self-love?” Try Lizzo! Get rid of the guilt. And gain confidence.”
The warning label on the ad says, “Side effects include a smile on your face and a pep in your step.”
In another post, Lizzo uploaded a video of herself wearing a costume while turning the camera and dancing in front of a clip of Eric Cartman's character. She was seen standing in front of the clip in three photos in which she shared another post.

Lizzo's parody of her own sitcom “South Park” comes after she received a huge response to the joke about her when an episode of the long-running animated series aired in May.
A South Park television special titled “The End of Obesity” targeted the singer as Ozempic's replacement, exploiting the power of “I don't give a damn.”
“FDA-approved Lizzo makes you feel good about your weight and costs 90% less than Ozempic,” a voiceover said. “In case studies, 70% of patients using Lizzo no longer cared how much they weighed. “Lizzo helps you eat whatever you want and keep physical activity to a minimum.”

“I lowered my standards and expectations,” one character explained. “I don't give two—!”
The ad added: “Some patients report constipation while listening to Lizzo… Serious side effects can include pancreatitis, hypothermia, and literally bursting ears.”

After the clip, he commented: “This is crazy. I feel like, damn, I really am that person—-. I really am that person—-. “I've really shown the world how to love yourself and not be surprised that these guys in Colorado know who I am and put it in their caricature that's been around for 25 years.”
She continued, “I really am so f—ed up and I'm showing you how you don't give a f–k and I'm going to keep showing you how you don't give a f–k.”
In an Instagram post last month, Lizzo shut down speculation that she was taking Ozempic after showing off her dramatic weight loss.
“When you finally get the Ozempic claims after 5 months of weight training and a calorie deficit,” Lizzo wrote in a video post.

In her subsequent post, Lizzo included a screenshot of the comments section of her previous post, where an Instagram user wrote, “Did he use Ozempic or snort cocaine?”
Lizzo responded, “Why are you following me?”
