Liverpool put in a convincing performance in the center of defence. Received a late yellow card for a cynical foul Christopher Nungu.

Goalie
Roberto Sanchez – 5/10
He was nearly blindsided by a loose pass in the first half. He would have been relieved to see a penalty change the decision after his collision with Jones. He couldn't stop Salah from the penalty spot, but Liverpool's second goal should have had more commitment.
Defense
James Reese – 7/10
Maresca's defense got off to a surprising start due to penalties. Marcos Gugurella AND Wesley Fobana. Unsurprisingly, he was withdrawn in the second half, and Chelsea were reluctant to take too many risks when he returned to action.
Dossin Atarabio – 5/10
He earned his second start in the Premier League as a Chelsea player. He received an early yellow card for a clumsy tackle on Jota. That early warning may have been a factor in Maresca's decision to withdraw him in the 53rd minute.

Jackson produced a brilliant pass to draw Chelsea level. He seemed to have formed a strong partnership with Lavia and his partner was withdrawn in the second half.
Romeo Lavia – 7/10
He made a positive impression in the middle of the park. He achieved a 96% completion rate and completed all three of his three-pointers during the tournament. A retreat in the early stages of the second period would have been disappointing.

Noni Maduke – 7/10
The first period caused a lot of problems for Robertson. While he was one of Chelsea's main attacking outlets, his threat diminished as the match progressed.
Cole Palmer – 4/10
The Chelsea talisman is an unforgettable sight. Jones blocked a shot and there were few more opportunities. However, he spent most of the game on the perimeter.
Jadon Sancho – 6/10
Alexander-Arnold's challenge was followed by some hopeful touches and a small penalty shout. However, his performance was cut short after being substituted at half-time.
