The answers to the vast majority of Canada’s problems are easily identified, but implementing the solutions is the hard part.

Justin Trudeau and Jagmeet Singh will have left quite a trail of destruction for Pierre Poilievre to repair when he finally reaches office, but he will need to implement solutions as soon as possible.
Here are some things he should do: Cut immigration to less than half of the current pending influx; reduce the federal bureaucracy to pre-Trudeau numbers, mostly through attrition, but some departments should be totally dismantled; use his own judgment, unswayed by others who may have ulterior motives; and instill the knowledge to all members of his caucus that any apparent scandal will be dealt with swiftly, as we all know that, although Liberals can have a countless number of scandals, as a Conservative Poilievre will not have that luxury.

Also, only the best, most qualified should become cabinet ministers, and he should allow them to speak openly. After all, why have hounds that hunt if you are going to do all the barking?

RCMP DECLINE CONTINUES
Re: RCMP slammed for seeking high-schoolers ‘who identify as women’ to fill internship roles, online, Feb. 16
Justin Trudeau’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies are destroying the RCMP. This is one of the most troubling things yet as the downhill spiral of the RCMP continues. The reputation of the RCMP was built up using rigid recruiting standards, stringent background checks and solid, difficult training that produced hard-working police officers.
Enter Trudeau and the RCMP now hires and promotes based on DEI, not on merit and qualification.

ALBERTA ‘REBRANDS’ IT
The Liberals’ latest idiotic, head-scratching move, rebranding the “Climate Action Incentive Payment” to the “Canada Carbon Rebate.” Do they really believe that Canadians are that stupid?
Canadian Taxpayers Federation federal director Franco Terrazzano calls it putting lipstick on a pig. Personally, I really like the name that Alberta has come up with: “Ottawa Poverty Surcharge.” That’s a much more appropriate name as far as I am concerned. Way to go, Alberta.
