[Let’s Talk] September 2023 Nintendo Direct reactions

The September 2023 Nintendo Direct took place earlier this week, and we’re curious to hear about your reactions concerning the presentation.

Nintendo itself actually had quite a bit of content on display. Some titles were known about previously, and there were a bunch of remasters thrown into the mix. Highlights include Princess Peach: Showtime, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, F-Zero 99, Mario vs. Donkey Kong, and Another Code: Recollection.

From third-parties, announcements included Unicorn Overlord, Contra: Operation Galuga, SaGa Emerald Beyond, and Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft.

Etrian Odyssey Trilogy HD. Just revisiting the older games, and learning some things I feel I didn’t fully know back then.

Feels embarassing some simple stat stuff is so easily over ridden by the youthful belief that only skills that do damage matter.

TotK, made a lot of progress in the last 2 weeks, but there’s always something sidetracking me.

Also recently got Rondo of Swords for the DS. Nice turn based strategy game, but seems a little shallow. There is a lot to unlock so I’m looking foward to it.

Banners of Ruin, fun game, but froze on me twice.

I still cant stop playing TotK. I am 320 hours in, but my god is this game addictive!
