Lauryn Goodman has opened up about life as a mother and admitted she is still exclusively breastfeeding her 14-month-old daughter Kinara.
The reality star, 33, gave birth to her second child with Kyle Walker in August 2023, and the couple have a four-year-old son, Kyro.
And speaking openly about “bouncing back” after pregnancy, Lauryn tends to lose the baby weight easily, but explains that breastfeeding “is necessary for the body.”
She explained; '[My daughter] Now, just once, continue breastfeeding. She is exclusive with him, so she is demanding with her body.
However, Lauryn admitted that dealing with her body image after giving birth wasn't difficult.

Speaking openly about “bouncing back” after giving birth, Lauryn explained that she tends to lose the baby weight easily, but that breastfeeding is “what the body needs.”
The star admitted: 'I'm very lucky. I'm a rebounder…people you don't want to see “How did you do it in two weeks?”
“I used to go to the gym a lot, so I think one thing is muscle memory.”
Adjusting to life as a busy mother of two, Lauryn admits she doesn't have time to get back to the gym and is instead willing to follow her kids on a run.
'I think Cairo keeps me playing football because I have two small children. So life keeps me fit.
'Nowadays I don't have time, I go to the gym five days a week. So, I'm going back to the gym while I figure out my life and what it's really like.
He added: 'There are a lot of moving parts when you're young. Cairo takes classes during the day, does gymnastics… many things. The same with my daughter.
'Trying to adapt to them. I want to invest in my children and turn them into really capable people.'
Lauryn admits that she had an identity crisis when she became a mother for the first time, but that she didn't suffer the second time around.

She explained: 'Yes, for the first time. But the second time… you already have one, so the change is minimal.
'The change is quite dramatic [the first time] Think of yourself, then think of your child, and then think of yourself.
“When you have a second, you're already thinking about the first, so you're used to adding another.”
In February, Kyle and Laurie's affair made headlines after he had a second child with her.
His wife, Annie Kilner, officially served divorce papers on the English footballer last week because she “cannot forgive him for what he has done to her.”
The mother-of-four, 31, has instructed her lawyers to take legal action as she prepares to fight for half of the Manchester City defender's £27million fortune.
