Tactical role-playing game King Arthur: Knight’s Tale is making the jump from PC on to the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on February 22. The console release date announcement was made alongside a new trailer, which you can check out below.

The console release of King Arthur: Knight’s Tale comes with a host of features, including a local PvP game mode, haptic feedback support for the PS5 version of the game, and the choice between Quality Mode running the game at 4K and Performance Mode, which prioritises frame rate.

Since its original release as an Early Access title, King Arthur: Knight’s Tale has seen a host of updates bringing with them new content, as well as better optimisation. A notable example was an update released back in 2022 which, along with bringing new story content, also optimised the installation size of the game, bringing it down from around 120GB to 39GB.

King Arthur: Knight’s Tale is a modern retelling of the classic Arthurian myth, re-imagined through the lens of dark fantasy. The game is a turn-based tactical RPG with an emphasis on storytelling. For more details, check out our interview with PR manager Gergo Vas from back in 2021.
