In the documents, Christina's legal team also mentioned her ex's recent purchase of a luxury vehicle.
'[Josh just paid over $70,000 to pay off the lease on [Christina’s separate property Bentley and so he has no need for spousal support from [her].'
Christina's legal team adds that her settlement offer comes at the same time she filed an injunction to block the sale of the $4.5 million Tennessee home.
Josh filed papers on Thursday last week asking the court to stop Christina from selling the mansion.
Earlier this month, the TV personality listed the accommodation and revealed on Instagram that she was “excited” to sell the house, which she previously lived in with Josh during their marriage.

“It's sad that Christina's team is so desperate to smear Josh that they can't even come up with logical lies. Josh continues to pray for Cristina and hopes to resolve the matter privately.
In Christina's filing, she denied Josh's request not to sell the Nashville house, but said that if the house were sold, it would be a type of commercial property and he would not receive any money for it.
