Joel Kim's booster apologizes for his comments against Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador.
The Fire Island star reportedly hosts a dating show that will be streamed on Paw. The program will feature stars including Brawo'S Real Housewives concession. After the wrap party, Booster took to social media and called out Beador for allegedly mistreating the production throughout filming, for which he is now “very sorry.”
“I have had a lot of time to think and process this and I wish I could say that I am not the guy who posted these statements on Instagram, but the fact is that I am,” Booster shared on his Instagram Stories. “I allowed the conflict to cloud my judgment, I accessed the darkest, ugliest part of me and I said things that I do not support or even believe, and I am so sorry that I allowed my worst self to cloud my judgment.”
In a second post on Instagram Stories, Booster added, “I know Shannon has had an especially rough year because she bravely shared it, and as someone who has her own struggles that spill over into work, I should have shown her more grace at this time. ”
“I am deeply sorry for the way I have hindered Shannon's path to stability and I hope that she can emerge from this situation stronger, healthier and with the love she deserves in her life,” Booster continued. . “I regret making this part of the history of our program because I am deeply proud of the work of myself, the women and the crew put into making it.”
Booster posted a third post on Instagram Stories, stating, “I love our amazing crew and production staff so much and I would go to war for any of them.”
Beador was asked about the comments during: Fan Q&A as part of her comedy tour along Real Housewives of Orange County graduate Vicki Gunvalson.
The reality TV Personal said she was at the airport when she learned of Booster's comments, adding: “I really don't know what the deal is.” Beador said that “before the wrap party,” Booster “had tears in his eyes and said, 'I'm so happy for you.'”
“He defamed my daughters,” Beador added. “He said I hope I will suffer. He said he felt sorry for John Jansen. He says I'm just a pathetic drunk and it's really going to look stupid because he had nothing but love for me throughout the entire show.”
Beador continued, “I feel sad that I did some nice things on the show and people said it was nice. It's hard for me to walk away from an experience that I truly enjoy. But we'll see what happens. I don't know where that came from, I really don't know.

In September 2023, Beador was involved in a traffic accident while driving under the influence RHOC the star was later sentenced to three years probation. RHOC Season 18, currently airing on Bravo, shows Beador dealing with the consequences of his actions. Beador's plot also involves the consequences of her relationship with John Janssen, who is currently dating her co-star, Alexis Bellino.
