Hurricane Milton made landfall near Siesta Keys on Florida's Gulf Coast as a powerful Category 3 storm, with sustained winds of more than 100 miles per hour and storm surges of up to 10 feet in some areas. Tornadoes also devastated the region, damaging buildings and leaving more than three million people without power. NBC's Tom Lamas reports TODAY.
