Nothing like a couple of decapitations to keep that holiday spirit up. Here is how to get Red-Cloaked Trophies for the Midwinter Blight event in Diablo 4.
Diablo 4: How to get Red Cloaked Trophies for the Midwinter Blight Event
Time to enjoy the festivities, exchange some gifts, and sing some carols. Well, that would be if an army of fear-inducing monsters that might as well be the Diablo 4 version of the Grinch weren’t hunting us, although this time they won’t discover the true meaning of Christmas. Anyway, the Midwinter Blight Event is here, and with it, a lot of things to do. If there’s a thing you will do and do a lot, is encountering and killing a lot of the new Blightfiend monsters. Other than getting rid of these pests, defeating them will grant you several items you can use to collect all cosmetic items during this event. One of these items is the Red-Cloaked Trophies, and to get right to the point, you will need to defeat and decapitate Red-Cloaked Horrors to get them. Easy, right? Well, not quite.
While these enemies are certainly strong, the way you encounter them will not make this as easy as it sounds. You see, to make them appear you will have to complete the mastery of the Blighted Revelry events. You can find them across the Midwinter Blight zones in Fractured Peaks. If RNG smiles upon you, the Red-Cloaked Horror will spawn in a random spot. Locate it, decapitate it, and collect your Red-Cloaked Trophy. You can then travel back to Kyovashad and locate the Collection’s Table in Midwinter Square. There, you can combine the Trophies with Blighted Fragments – dropped from Blightfiend enemies – and Lost Heirlooms – found after destroying Frigid Husks – to create Midwinter Proofs.

You can then use the Midwinter Proofs to exchange rewards with Gileon, which include elixirs, cosmetics, aspects, etc. Keep clearing Blighted Revelry and defeating Red-Cloaked Horrors so that you can consistently collect Red-Cloaked Trophies in Diablo 4. Just don’t think too much about the decapitation part.
