How To Get Portals In Meme Sea
There is only one way to get Portals, and that is by defeating the Meme Beast Boss. This boss has a 25% chance of dropping a Portal (and a 50% chance to drop a Meme Cube). Therefore, if you defeat it and don’t get a Portal, you will need to keep battling it until one drops.
The Meme Beast spawns every 30 minutes in a random area of the sea. However, it is usually close to Floppa Island. Luckily, you don’t need to keep your eyes out to see when it appears, as a message will pop up in-game to announce when it spawns.
This boss has a sizable 1,000,000 HP, making it one of the hardest bosses in the game. In my opinion, it’s worth it to get a Portal, as it’s a nifty item to have.
What Are Portals?
If you aren’t sure what Portals are, let me explain. When you use a Portal, you can teleport to any island instantly. This is a lot quicker and easier compared to having to dash across oceans to reach your destination.
To use a Portal, simply equip it like you would a weapon. This is no coincidence, as Portals can land a small amount of damage when using it. However, it is best used to help transport around.
