If you are solely interested in the Carian Grandeur skill and want to add it to your blade, you should look for Ash of War. The skill you are looking for is on a corpse on one of the walls of Caria Manor in the northwestern part of Liurnia of the Lakes. And here’s how you can find what you need:
- Once you reach Caria Manor, take the Royal Moongazing Grounds Site of Grace as your starting point and go through the archway behind you.
- Turn right and go into the narrow passage behind the trees and bushes.
- Jumping along the ledges, go down almost to the lowest levels of the location until you reach a small dilapidated wall.
- While walking along the wall, look at the hole on the left side to see the corpse. This place was probably once attacked by a cannonball or a magic missile and killed the poor guy from whom you can now take the desired Ash of War.
Once you get Ash of War: Carian Grandeur, you can use it on most swords, such as Curved Swords, Curved Greatswords, Daggers, Straight Swords, Greatswords, Katanas, Twinblades, and more. This skill will give the weapon Magic affinity, thanks to which you can deal additional Magic damage and gain access to Intelligence scaling.
