PlayWay and Frozen District have officially announced that House Flipper 2 will launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S next year, on March 21st. This second installment in the house renovation simulation game series was previously announced for a PC release scheduled for December 15, 2023. Adding to the excitement, a brand-new trailer was shared today by Frozen District to accompany the console release date announcement.

House Flipper 2 introduces new mechanics and revamps the existing features of the original game. Likewise, players will be using familiar tools such as hammers, paint rollers, and mops as they renovate run-down houses. However, this iteration offers a fresh and improved visuals and boasts exciting new features.

Set in a town called Pinnacove, located between the mountain tops and the endless sea, House Flipper 2 immerses players in a place where time slows down, and the friendly residents are ready to entrust players with the renovation of their homes. This new entry in the House Flipper series features a Story Mode, offering players the opportunity to discover some of the stories within the houses they are renovating with the help of an old friend named Tom.

One of the unique features of House Flipper 2 is The Sandbox Mode which provides players the freedom to create their own gameplay experience. In this mode, players will be able to unleash their creativity as they recreate real-life buildings or design projects.
