Honkai: Star Rail Shows Argenti and Zenless Zone Zero Unveils Nicole in a HoYoverse Double Whammy

Today HoYoverse delivered a double whammy with two character trailers for its successful RPG Honkai: Star Rail and the upcoming ARPG Zenless Zone Zero.

We start with Zenless Zone Zero and one of its playable characters, Nicole Demara, leader of the odd-jobs agency named Gentle House AKA Cunning Hare-

We already saw her underlings Billy King and Anby Demara, who recently had their own trailers. Today, it’s time for their boss to shine under the spotlight.

She’s voiced in Japanese by Yu Serizawa, and I don’t believe her English voice actress has been announced officially yet. We do hear her voice in the English version of the trailer below.

If you’d rather hear Serizawa-san, the Japanese trailer is on the official channel, albeit the song remains in English.

Update December 21, 2023: A second trailer for Nicole has been released, showing her backstory. You can watch it below in English and on the official channel in Japanese.

Zenless Zone Zero is currently undergoing its second beta test titled “Equalizing Test” and it’s coming at some point in the future for PC, iOS, and Android. Yn, you can read our interview with the producer yo learn more about the game.

Moving on to Honkai: Star Rail, we meet Argenti, the upcoming five-star physical character following the path of Erudition. He will be made available with the game’s Event Warps  “Thorns of Scented Crown 1.5.

The rest of the warp will be occupied by Hanya, Asta, and Lynx and follows the one focusing on HuoHuo.

Argenti is voiced in English by Adam Michael Gold and in English by Shinnosuke Tachibana, who played the role of Alphinaud in Final Fantasy XIV.

You can check out the trailer below, and hear Tachibam-san’s voice in the video on the Japanese official channel.

Update 12/6/2023: a new trailer featuring Argenti’s gameplay has been published, celebrating his release in the game.

Honkai: Star Rail is currently available on PC, PS5, iOS, and Android. Incidentally, we recently learned that the version on Sony’s console has surpassed a million users in about a month.
