Publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer Arrowhead Game Studios have announced Helldivers II has sold over 12 million copies.
Helldivers II has sold over 12 million copies on both PC and PlayStation 5 as of May 5th, roughly three months after its debut back in February – news confirmed in an earnings call held by Sony.
SIE interim CEO Hiroki Totoki noted sales of Helldivers II managed to break the record set by God of War Ragnarok in the same time frame when it released. It’s also their biggest PC release to date and boosted their sales a lot in the same fiscal quarter.
Helldivers II has been available since February 2024 for Windows PC (via Steam) and PlayStation 5.
