While defeating Terminid and Automaton forces is a reward in itself, Helldivers 2’s daily orders used to offer some neat rewards. And they’ve been inactive since the middle of February. Server issues were the top concern of Arrowhead Game Studios and they’ve got them back in fighting shape now. Now that the servers have been fixed, daily orders are making a comeback.

Helldivers 2’s personal orders have returned to the game
Personal orders are scheduled to return on March 5, 2024, at 9 AM CET / 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 8 AM GMT. Community manager Thomas “Twinbeard” Petersson confirmed the news in the official Discord. He noted that ‘starting 09.00 CET tomorrow, daily orders will be back online!’ We’re happy to report that the feature has indeed returned.
Currently, I have the ‘Pilots Weapons Training’ daily order. It tasks players with killing 100 Terminid bugs with the Eagle Strafing Run stratagem for 15 Medals. It expires at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 8 AM GMT. That’s when you can expect the next set of daily orders from Arrowhead. This trumpets the return of one of the game’s reward systems. As for the community-wide Major Order, you still need to clear planets Heeth and Angel’s Venture.
While some players resorted to farming Samples over engaging with the galactic war, I hope the return of daily orders will cause them to reconsider. An extra method to earn medals in Helldivers 2 is a welcome sight. These will let players earn more gear from the Helldivers Mobilise and Steeled Veterans reward passes.
