In her post, Heidi shared a stunning video that begins with her and Leni cuddling on a couch.
The twins in the family wore a slightly more conservative look with the same underwear, but thin long-sleeved shirts in matching shades that covered their bras.
The clip showed Leni lowering the side of her waist while her mother awkwardly held her hand, but the unusual angle at first looked like Heidi was putting on her skimpy underwear.
The video is even more unusual when Leni takes out what appears to be an old 8mm camera and films her mother.

Despite the recent criticism Heidi has received for her risqué displays, the model has made it clear that she has no plans to cover up anytime soon.
Appearing on the Call Her Daddy podcast late last month, Heidi sounded defiant as she put her still-impressive physique on display.
'I get the miniskirt question all the time: “So, how long are you going to wear a miniskirt?” Heidi said.
“I've said it many times, I'll be around 70 if I think about it, I'll wear a miniskirt if I want to show off my legs,” she continued.
He said he notices the changes that come with aging but still “feels good” about his appearance.
'I see all my flaws. This is all. Life is like that. You go up, you're old, and you come back down the hill with how we look, and not being fat, and that and that,” he said. “But at the end of the day, I still look in the mirror and feel good about myself.”

She soon began a relationship with singer Seal and the two married in 2005, four years before she adopted Lenny when he was five.
Heidi and the singer share three biological children: Henry, 19, and Johan, 17, as well as daughter Lou, 15.
The couple announced their separation in January 2012 after nearly seven years of marriage, and Klum filed for divorce in April of that year.
She then dated her bodyguard Martin Kirsten from 2012 to 2014 and then art curator Vito Schnabel from 2014 to 2017.
But she found a more meaningful relationship in 2018 when she went public with her romance with Tokyo Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz.
