Take-Two Interactive Software announced its financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year, related to the period between April 2023 and June 2023, alongside an update on sales for Grand Theft Auto VRed Dead Redemption 2, and more.

Via the press release, the publisher shared that it has achieved $1.44 billion in net bookings during the quarter, down 4% year-on-year.

The company also mentioned that the said sales were achieved thanks to the “outperformance of Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, and Red Dead Redemption 2.”

While Grand Theft Auto VI is finally about to be revealed, its predecessor continues to sell like hotcakes.

As usual, the press release also included the traditional comment from CEO  Strauss Zelnick, which boasted the “strong” results for the quarter and mentioned the increase of the full-year forecast.

He also mentioned that the company is getting closer to releasing the “groundbreaking titles” that the audience has been anticipating, obviously hinting to Grand Theft Auto VI.
