Today Cygames is hosting the first game of Granblue Fantasy Fes 2023, and the Shibuya-based developer shared news about the JRPG Granblue Fantasy: Relink.
First of all, we got a new trailer, which also reveals the theme song titled “Good Night, Good Morning,” performed by Lyria’s voice actress Nao Toyama.
We also get the reveal of four bosses, Primal Beast Mangarmr, Primal Beast Furycane, Primal Beast Excavallion, and Primal Beast Vulkan Bolla.
You can watch them in action in the second trailer below, which also showcases the antagonists Id, Lilith, Gallanza, and Magielle.
If you’re unfamiliar with the game, below you can find a handy summary of everything you can expect from it
Next, is the reveal of another playable character, the ageless alchemist Cagliostro.
While Cagliostro is the last character to be included in the game’s release, more will be added with an update coming in April, specifically the Eternals Saefon and Tweyen.
More news comes in the form of a demo releasing on PS5 and PS4 in January 2024. Unfortunately, we hear that it won’t be made available on Steam.
In the slides below you can take a look at all the features the demo promises. By playing it, you’ll also unlock rewards in the full game when it releases.
Last, but not least, Cygames announced the Granblue Fantasy: Relink Original Soundtrack, releasing in Japan on March 13, 2024, with a whopping 6 CDs.
More of the game will be revealed in a showcase event that will be broadcast on January 11 at 7:00 pm Japan Time.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink is finally releasing on February 1, 2024, for PS5, PS4, and PC.
