The couple hit another hurdle in 2022 when Kenny was diagnosed with prostate cancer that required surgery.

Along with her worries about her husband, the star was battling empty-nest syndrome and took up entertainment to help her transition to life without her children at home.

Gaby often goes swimming in the cold water and finds that this process helps relieve her menstrual symptoms.

He explained that many people don't realize that the sun affects physical and mental well-being, including heart health and osteoporosis, and that exercise is a good way to combat those problems.

She encouraged other women to read about menopause to ease the shock of their symptoms, but added that nothing can prepare you for the real experience.
