We absolutely cannot wait for Epic Games’ newest story to unfold, and, as revealed by newly uploaded teasers, Season 3 is set to start sooner than many fans may realize.
The first Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 teaser images have been revealed and shared onto the PlayStation store. These come courtesy of Hypex on Twitter.
As you can see from the teaser images above, they confirm that Epic Games will commence Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 on Friday, May 24th. This was already believed to be the case, but now it is certain.
While the image doesn’t reveal a whole lot, the fiery color scheme along with the peeling, battered wall possibly plays into the theme previously teased by Epic Games’ co-founder. It is believed that the game will descend into chaos with Armageddon, but right now we simply have to wait and see.
Although the first set of teasers have only just come out, Hypex says even more are potentially on the way. Taking to Twitter, Hypex has translated the following back-and-forth communications from the Fortnite Spanish account:
- Jonesy: Everything is progressing according to plan.
- You: Perfect! The season change is coming, and we need to be ready for what’s coming…
- You: I trust you…
- Jonesy: I’ll tell you more! … (voice message)
- You: Jonesy … Is everything ready for tomorrow?
- Jonesy: YES! Everything is ready, Uncle Fortnite.
