Final photo of tycoon's wife at country club hours before she disappears 'screaming' from mansion… while husband remains silent

This is the haunting final photo of a real estate mogul's wife at her Texas country club hours before she disappeared screaming from her Texas mansion.

Suzanne Clark Simpson, 51, has not been seen since 11pm on Sunday night, when police allege she was the victim of a domestic violence incident involving her wealthy real estate agent husband, 53-year-old Brad Simpson.

Simpson, of Olmos Park near San Antonio, initially cooperated with police after reporting his wife missing, but has since been arrested and charged with assault causing bodily harm and family violence.

The couple have two children, and Suzanne is also the mother of two other children from a previous relationship.

He refuses to answer any more questions. Simpson was seen leaving his family's $1.5 million mansion in his luxury black GMC Sierra pickup truck after Suzanne went missing. He arrived home two hours later, with police appealing for anyone who saw the truck during that time to come forward.

Now, a haunting photograph of Suzanne from the day she disappeared has been released, showing her walking through The Argyle in Alamo Heights.

Suzanne was photographed alone in the exclusive members-only club, wearing a dark knee-length dress with her hair falling over her shoulders.

Several hours after this photograph was taken, neighbors claim to have heard an aggressive fight between Suzanne and her husband.

That neighbor claims to have seen Simpson beating and restraining his wife, before they both went to a nearby wooded area.

Shortly after this interaction, the neighbor claims to have heard screams coming from the woods.

That's when Simpson drove off in his truck.

A neighbor told police he heard the couple arguing from his window and saw the two involved in a physical altercation, with Brad “grabbing her upper torso to gain control of her body,” a police report said.

Brad allegedly was uncooperative during the investigation and did not show up for a follow-up interview

Authorities said the real estate agent, who worked for Nix Realty Company, disappeared after attending a party at The Argyle in the Alamo Heights neighborhood.

Olmos Park Police Chief Fidel Villegas has since confirmed: 'That night we thought she was in danger.'

“It’s very suspicious that she’s obviously not going to work and not taking care of her children. This is an obvious problem.

She could be somewhere and we just don't know it.

Villegas begged Suzanne to return home to her children if she was still alive and well.

“These four kids miss their mom, so we’re doing everything we can,” he said.

Simpson is being held on $2 million bail.

Investigations are ongoing and, according to Meu Santo Antonio, local authorities have expanded their search to include other Simpson family properties.

Simpson and his family have an extensive real estate portfolio in San Antonio and Texas.

A full investigation of the four-bedroom, five-bathroom Olmos Park family home, worth an estimated $1.5 million, has now been carried out.

But Villegas said authorities are in the process of obtaining new search warrants to expand the search to a handful of other properties linked to the family, the publication reported.
