Epstein's secret tapes reflect poorly on Donald Trump

More than 100 hours of Jeffrey Epstein tapes could provide a surprise to Donald Trump days before the US election in October. Controversial author and journalist Michael Wolff claimed to have recorded numerous conversations with Epstein, who died in 2019.

He has now released excerpts of the material on his podcast Fire and Fury and provided explosive insights into the relationship between the two men.

In one of the explosive recordings, Epstein revealed inside information he allegedly had about the Trump White House.

Trump author Wolff describes Epstein as key source for his books

Wolf has close ties to the former president. His best-selling book “Fire and Fury” describes the first months of Trump's presidency. When the book was published in 2018, it shocked the Trump White House.

In his new podcast, the author mentions an important source of his work: Jeffrey Epstein. Wolff, who said he has 100 hours of tapes of Epstein talking about Trump, played brief excerpts on his podcast that he said he recorded at a restaurant in 2017.

As a reminder: In 2008, investment banker Epstein was sentenced to 18 months in prison for sexually abusing minors. In 2019, the prosecutor's office again brought serious charges against him, including the systematic sexual abuse of underage girls and the establishment of an international sex trafficking ring.

Epstein reportedly kept photos of Trump with young women in safe

Wolf claimed on his podcast that Epstein showed him photos of Trump with young women. According to him, they sat “topless” on the Republicans' lap. Epstein is said to be in possession of about a half-dozen photos of Trump at a pool with several young women.

Wolfe said they were taken to Epstein's Palm Beach home in the “late 1990s,” where he and his “partner,” Ghislaine Maxwell, molested underage girls.

Epstein kept the photos in his safe. By his own account, Wolfe believed they were now in the hands of the FBI, There were raids on Epstein's estate in 2019. The prosecutor's office announced at the time that “hundreds of photos of girls and young women” had been confiscated. But so far, none of the alleged evidence has been made public.

Trump's team has denied the accusations and called Wolf's claims “disgraceful.”

Wolfe also cast doubt on the assumption that Epstein's death was a suicide: “The description of his death seems completely unbelievable. But the idea that he was murdered also seems to mean that all assistant U.S. attorneys and FBI agents Everyone must shut up.”

Trump team calls Wolfe's book 'fiction'

A spokesperson for the Trump campaign told The Daily Beast: “Michael Wolff is a disgraced author who routinely spins lies to sell fictional books because he clearly has no morals or ethics.”

He noted that Trump immediately severed ties with Epstein when he learned he was accused of being a sex trafficker.
