EA Sports WRC patch 1.6.0 is available today on all platforms primarily focusing on bug fixes and laying the groundwork for future updates. PC VR support is currently in the development phase and the team has stated that they will not disclose further details until they are ready. Given their focus on PC VR support, the possibility of PlayStation VR2 support seems highly unlikely.
Andreas Mikkelsen has been added as an AI driver for Events featuring WRC2 cars. Support for the Turtle Beach VelocityOne Race Wheel and Pedal System is now available on PC and Xbox, restricted to inputs and force-feedback. PlayStation users will no longer experience continued vibration with the DualSense controller after disabling vibration and feedback. For more details on today’s update, check out the patch notes at the official website.
