Dr. Dre's ex-marriage counselor is getting a restraining order against the rapper.

Dr. Dre's former marriage counselor has obtained a restraining order against her — after filing a $10 million lawsuit alleging the rap mogul blackmailed her.

Plaintiff Dr. Charles Sobie, a psychiatrist, counseled the Compton, California native, 59, and his ex-wife Nicole Young, 54, during their marriage and as a mediator following their separation.

Sophie said in court documents that she was tipped off by Dr. Dre's threats and was wearing a bulletproof vest as a precaution as a result.

Dr. has now taken an additional step. filed for a temporary restraining order against Dr. and a judge granted the request.

In the court documents cited, Sophie asked the court to ban her from coming within 100 yards of Dr. Dre, her 22-year-old son and her dogs, Max and Cash. TMZ.

In filing for the restraining order, Sophy requested that the rapper stop contacting her by email, text or phone, and pointed out that Dr. Dre has visited her home and knows where she lives.

In the initial case, Sophie courted in February 2023 – a year and two months after the acrimonious divorce was finalized in December 2021 – according to TMZ, where Dr Dre began inundating her with 'inaccurate and threatening text messages'.

Sobie said in legal documents that she falsely accused the Beats Electronics founder of orchestrating a smear campaign against her amid her rift with Young, the outlet reported.

Sophie told the court that Dr. Dre had falsely claimed that Sophie arranged for outside parties to make inflammatory comments about her in the media.

In legal documents, Sophie said Dr Dre sent texts promising she would 'do it' [Sophy] Pay for it,' calling him a 'piece of s***' and a 'b****' amid textual expletives.

I forgot the Dre artist, whose full name is Andre Young, and at one point his associates wore masks. According to TMZ, the FBI requested in Sophy's case that agents contact him in the gated community where he lives.

Sobie told the court after the incident — in which accomplices impersonating federal officials threatened to physically harm her — that she had spent extra money to secure her home.

As a result of the incident, Sobie said she wore bulletproof vests and hats when she left her home, the outlet reported.

Sophie also asked the court to order a restraining order to keep Dr. Dre at least 100 yards away.

'Dr. For dereliction of duty and incredible incompetence, Dr. Mr. 'Sophie filed her lawsuit after failing to pressure Young,' Dr Dre's lawyer Howard King told TMZ.

Dr. Dray filed a confidential complaint with the Osteopathic Medical Association of California in 2023 about his experience with Sophie, King said.

King said Dr. Dre's complaint was made with intent, so authorities would revoke Sophie's medical license after the events between the divorces to 'provide mental health counseling to patients in need.'

'In gross violation of all applicable standards of care, Dr. “Sophie threw herself into a contentious divorce while she “treated” not only Mr. and Mrs. Young, but their children as well,” King told TMZ.

On February 13, 2022, the musician headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show in LA, where Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent were also featured.

Around the time of his split from Young, Dr. Dre was spotted on Instagram posing in front of a balloon decoration that read, 'Divorced AF.'

He continued, 'He gave one of their children to Mr. He was fired when he was found to have encouraged him to take sides against Young and to have encouraged his son to go to the press with false accusations to force a financial settlement he suggested. '

King said Sophie has 'consistently rebuffed' attempts by authorities to investigate the allegations, describing her efforts to file a case as 'desperate'.

At the time of his split from Young – who he shares with son Drew, 26, and daughter Truly, 23 – Dr Dre was seen posing in front of a balloon decoration on Instagram, which read 'Twere's AF'.
