A nonprofit is going viral after doctors revealed things they would never do now that they've been trained in the medical field on TikTok.
Medical experts associated with the Academy of Medicine of Cleveland and Northern Ohio (AMCNO) gave their top advice in a video published Wednesday.
In the clip, a medical student and a gastroenterologist admitted they would no longer eat potato salad.
Plus, more than one medical expert has admitted they would never ride a bike, snowboard or skateboard anywhere without a helmet.
“I used to have an electric skateboard that I rode around campus and I didn’t wear a helmet when I rode it,” explained one of the medical students.

“So now I would always wear a helmet,” he added.
Another medical student revealed that she would never ride a motorbike in general.
One interviewee revealed that she never stayed up late studying or smoked, while several experts expressed caution about choosing a better diet.
Another gastroenterologist in the video admitted that he would never eat artificially sweetened foods, while a medical student insisted that she would not “neglect the amount of fiber” she has in her diet.
Other never-to-be-done actions mentioned in the video involved eating expired food, putting hot lake water up your nose, and allowing children to play football.
The video has received more than 150,000 views and is currently the nonprofit's second most-watched video on TikTok.
Potato salad can contain a lot of fat, calories and sodium. It also poses a risk of increased cholesterol or heart disease
Potato salad is a common dish you see at the dinner table, but it can also cause serious health problems.
The salad dish can contain large amounts of fat, calories and sodium and poses a risk of increased cholesterol or heart disease.
Those who eat potato salad frequently or in large portions are also at risk of gaining weight.
Wearing helmets when riding a bike or skateboard can also save someone's life in the event of a traffic accident.
“Each year, about 2% of traffic accident deaths are cyclists,” wrote the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
'In the majority of cyclist deaths, the most serious injuries occur to the head, highlighting the importance of wearing a helmet for cyclists.'
Artificial sweeteners may be tasty, but they can also increase your risk of getting cancer, cardiovascular disease or type 2 diabetes.
On the other hand, a high fiber diet can help someone maintain good health as it can help with digestive health and lower cholesterol.
As for the medical expert's aversion to warm lake water, it may be fun to swim in, but it can be dangerous if contaminated with parasites and bacteria, and in some cases, potentially fatal.
Other things participants in the video insisted they would never do included not riding a bike without a helmet and eating artificial sweeteners.
Several commenters who watched the AMCNO video were surprised by the potato salad comments.
However, they suggested that smaller portions and keeping them cold could resolve the potential risks of potato salad.
At least two other TikTokers said they could never give up artificial sweeteners, and one insisted they couldn't be plucked from their “cold, dead fingers.”
Others brought up the scenario of the lake's warm water and how it is an “annual occurrence” during the summer.
'That warm lake water thing shook me to my core. I never thought about how toxic this water source is,” wrote one TikToker.
