Earlier this summer she posted a sweet Instagram album with her family as they traveled around her native Scotland, where she said her 'soul was satisfied'.
In her post she wrote: 'Such an awful weekend spent with my family, some museums / Scottish landmarks and then going to Loch Lomond where my mum's ashes are laid.
'Then we finally topped it off with a dramatic BBQ. My soul is satisfied.
A statement announcing his death on Saturday: 'Statement from the family of Jack Revill (Jackmaster): It is with deep sadness that we confirm the untimely death of Jack Revill, known to many as Jackmaster. Jack tragically died in Ibiza on the morning of October 12 following complications from an accidental head injury.
'His family – Kate, Sean and Jonny – are absolutely heartbroken. Although deeply touched by the overwhelming support of friends, colleagues and fans, the family kindly requests privacy as they go through the immense grief of this devastating loss.
The family has requested privacy as they navigate this difficult time, but take comfort in knowing Revill's legacy will live on through his music.
The caption continued: 'Jack's passion for music and his relentless drive to push creative boundaries through his work at the Numbers label and Rubadub Records, including discovering countless innovative artists, made him a beloved and pioneering figure in the electronic music community. “Jack tragically died in Ibiza on the morning of October 12 following complications from an accidental head injury,” his family confirmed.
The message read: 'The family is grieving this devastating loss and please request privacy.'
Fans were devastated by the DJ's death and in his comments poured in messages of love and support for his surviving family members.
'RIP Jack!! You always have a kind word, a smile and a minty tune. You will be missed,' one wrote.
Another heartbroken follower wrote: 'Can't believe this. Heart broken. Thanks Jack for all the wonderful memories and inspiration. It's a terrible pity.'
A native of Glasgow, Scotland, he fell in love with music at the age of 14 when he started working at a local record store, Rubadub.
'I never have to buy any records again. So it was an obvious offer [of the job],' Reville told Resident Advisor in a 2012 interview.
At the time he gushed to the outlet: 'It's the little things like when the promos come out and you get to see them first.
His final performance was on September 27
'You might have to argue with one of the old buyers or someone else about it, but at least you know you can borrow it for a gig or a weekend, and that's priceless to me.'
At the age of 17, after gaining popularity in Glasgow clubs, Revill became a DJ.
In his more than twenty years in the music industry, the decorated producer received the Breakthrough DJ Award at DJ Mag's Best British Awards in 2010. He was also known for his 2014 residency on BBC Radio.
Revill documented his final performance via Instagram on September 27.
