Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition () launches beginning Tuesday worldwide on Apple Arcade bringing a new version of the game without any passes or microtransactions. While that itself is a huge bonus for Apple Arcade, the fact that Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition also includes the paid A Rift in Time expansion right from the get go makes it even better. Over the weekend, Gameloft revealed more details for this expansion that is being sold for $29.99 on other platforms. Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition A Rift in Time brings in new story content, three new villagers, three new biomes. the Royal Hourglass tool, a board game, and more. The board game can be played with Disney and Pixar characters. Disney Dreamlight Valley itself felt like a great take on the Animal Crossing formula with its own charm. If you’ve not kept up with the upcoming Apple Arcade release, Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition will be cross play, but not cross save with other versions. Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition will not have any paid consumables, season passes, or the premium shop. This release arrives tomorrow alongside Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition hitting 1.0 on other platforms. I’ve played it on everything but PS5 so far, and will definitely be covering it on Apple Arcade to compare with the Switch and Steam Deck versions.
