In early October, Aniston addressed several rumors about herself during an appearance on The Jimmy Kimmel Show.
The 55-year-old Friends star set the record straight during a game of True or False with the host.
Among them she had a story called 'Salmon sperm face' which turned out to be true.
After inquiring if Jimmy had a salmon sperm facial, the star replied, 'I did.
'But I will explain to you. It's not like, how do you get sperm out of a salmon? It was vague.
Aniston, 55, addressed several rumors about her during an appearance on The Jimmy Kimmel Show, including one about a salmon sperm facial.
After inquiring if Jimmy had a salmon sperm facial, the star replied, 'I did. But let me explain to you. It's not like, how do you get sperm out of a salmon? was unclear'
Aniston attended the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theater on September 15.
She later explained: 'I took the woman at her word that it was. I was like, “sure”.
A confused Jimmy then stumbled over his words: 'Yeah, well, I mean – if it's not – is that considered… I mean, I don't know.'
Aniston clarified: 'I don't know, it has to be as small as a micro needle that they do.
Then it was to push in the salmon sperm. Don't I have beautiful salmon skin?' she asked jokingly.
As Aniston told The Wall Street Journal last year, she made it clear she was skeptical about the effectiveness of the facial's unique elements: 'At first, I said, “Are you serious? How do you get salmon sperm?”'
The Hollywood superstar admitted to the publication that she didn't feel the facial did anything to improve her skin's youthful glow.
Instead the star swears by weekly peptide injections to combat the effects of ageing, explaining: 'I think that's the future'.
Salmon sperm is hailed as the next must-have Korean beauty product. It is currently in medical spas promising to increase cell turnover, produce more collagen and improve pigmentation and inflammation.
