The star shares daughters Clementine Poppy, 19, and Cosima Violet, 14, and son Casper, 21, with Matthew.
Claudia married the English director Argyle for 22 years, starring in hits including X-Men: First Class and Kingsmen: The Secret Service.
The couple lives in a Tudor mansion in the English countryside.
Matthew revealed last year that Claudia inspired him to make his directorial debut with the 2004 film Layer Cake.
'My wife pushed me to become a director,' he told The One Show. 'I was a producer. She said: “Direct layer cake,” because Guy Ritchie fell off or out of it.'
Before starting her romance with Matthew, Claudia was famous with the internationally famous magician David Copperfield.
They began dating in 1993, when he picked her out of the crowd at one of his shows for an audience participation segment, and were together for six years.

'I start my day with fresh almond milk with quinoa, pineapple, almond slitters and dates. Lunch usually consists of vegetables and a small amount of turkey, chicken or fish, and the same for dinner,' Claudia explained.
