David Beckham once accidentally disconnected Caleb Cooper when he couldn't get him back online.
The TV star, 26, rose to fame through Clarkson's Farm, but admits he is always surprised when global celebrities recognize him as he is often immersed in his farming.
Appearing on Capital Breakfast with Jordan North, Chris Stark and Cian Welby on Wednesday, he said: “I don't really watch a lot of TV or, you know, use Instagram a lot.”
'So I don't really understand and I don't know when these celebrities come up to me and say, “Oh, hey Caleb, can I take a photo?” etc.
“Someone said, for example, David Beckham, you know…”
Caleb Cooper accidentally ignored David Beckham during his Capital Breakfast interview with Jordan North, Chris Starc and Cian Welby on Wednesday.
Caleb rose to fame thanks to the Clarkson farm, but he was so absorbed in farming that he didn't know much about world celebrities, so he missed David Beckham (pictured David in 2024).
Star Sian couldn't believe she didn't recognize world famous football star David, 49, and she checked again this morning.
Caleb confirmed, “No, I recognized him after about 15 minutes.”
The former Manchester United player is also known for his marriage to Spice Girl Victoria Beckham and both have tens of thousands of followers on Instagram.
He had visited the famous Didley Squad Farm, owned and operated by his famous friend Jeremy Clarkson, the hit Amazon Prime series.
However, when Jeremy asks Caleb to come meet the giants of the sport, he asks, “Who?”
Caleb added: 'Yes. He was on the farm and I passed by and he was there. And Jeremy said, “David, come and look.” I said, “Who is David?” And David Beckham.'
David posed with Gerald Cooper, who works on Jeremy's farm and became a fan favorite with his appearance on the show.
Jokingly, Jeremy captioned the photo: 'Gerald. and another man.
When Jeremy Clarkson asked her to “come meet David,” she asked, “Who is David?” Caleb revealed that he simply responded. Because he doesn't really care about celebrities.
Jeremy (pictured on the farm) documented the former footballer's visit on Instagram last year, delighting fans with the photo.

Caleb gained fame for teaming up with the former Top Gear star for hit documentaries, but insists “making it” for him meant buying his own farm.
Caleb telegraphed: 'I think I did it when I bought a farm.
At that time I can relax a little and spend more time with the family.
However, he explained that 'everything is through the roof right now' and he is doing everything possible to get away from the place he 'loves so much'.
