Former NRL star Braith Anasta is trying new ways in his romance.
The 42-year-old posted what can only be described as a thirst drop selfie to her 53,000 Instagram followers earlier this week.
The headless photo showed his ripped physique from the chin as he bent over the mirror.
The NRL 360 host told Daily Mail Australia he was working on his own after splitting from fiance Rachel Leigh in November 2022.
After the two announced their engagement, he enjoyed a short-lived romance with Evie Tziomakis that ended earlier this year.
Bryth says she's happy single now, but feels she'll meet 'The One' soon.
'I'm just training and that's it,' she told Daily Mail Australia of the photo.
'Over the last two and a half years I have been on this journey of self improvement both physically and mentally.

Bright paraphrases the old adage that love finds you when you're not looking for it.
'You know what? Right now I'm focusing more on my work and my daughters, my fitness, that's my priority.''
'Hopefully I'll meet someone soon, but I'm enjoying my time with my girls and now I'm taking a break from work and trying to be patient in that area.'
Bryth is currently on holiday on the Gold Coast with her two daughters Aaliyah, eight, and Gigi, four.
He shares Aaliyah with his ex-wife Jodie Gordon and Gigi with his ex-partner Rachel.
She said her young children help her stay fit on the fun trip.
They love the pool. Of course my girls keep me very fit and they will be going for a while,” he laughed.
'The little one is very full and they are both very active. They wouldn't let me out of their sight, shouting “Daddy!” every two seconds.

Braith confirmed to 2Day FM's Jimmy and Nath in June that she was single and ready to get together.
On the breakfast show, the former footballer was asked: 'What does a girl have to do to get a date with Bryth Anasta?' And his answer was very straightforward.
'Well, they shouldn't be pregnant! I feel like I'm The Bachelor now,' he joked.
'I'm really excited right now and I'm open to any offers! I don't have much time, but if I can make it, I'll meet them at Koogi Pavilion at 4pm today.
Bright has revealed in recent months that he has been courting investors, not romance, in an effort to grow Strong Dad, an 8-week exercise program he founded after his divorce.
He told the Daily Mail it could start with the start of the NRL season in 2025.
“The idea is to help men with their mental and physical health. “My father committed suicide when I was 15 years old,” he said.
'Unfortunately, I see a lot of guys struggle the way he did, and the way I did during difficult times in my life. That's why it's important to build a support network and community.
'I've got my best mates who I've depended on in tough times, but not everyone gets that.
'Friends struggle to talk to each other and need a comfortable environment to do so naturally.'
Braith is on vacation with her two girls
His ex-fiancée Rachel recently gushed about her love for her 'high-end' Bra Boys beau Evan Faulks.
'We're working behind the scenes with a number of investors, making sure the right people are involved for the right reasons, there's no shortage,' he said.
Meanwhile, his ex-fiancée Rachel recently professed her love for her 'high-end' Bra Boys beau Evan Faulks by taking him to the beach and carving his name into a rock.
Lee and Faulks, who reportedly met at the Crowne Plaza in Coogee, were photographed together in public for the first time last Christmas, celebrating her 36th birthday.
The pair arrived at the Hijinx Hotel in Sydney's inner-city Alexandria with Rachel's son Addison, 13, and Braith's five-year-old daughter Gigi.
