Influencer and former Sole Fan star Lauren Bisciotta sued West in June, alleging sexual harassment and stalking while working for her in 2021-22.
In an 88-page updated lawsuit filed Friday night and obtained by DailyMail.com, Picciotta made dozens of disturbing new claims.
Among them was West's 'kink', which he often talked about wanting to have sex with the mothers of his sexual targets.
He allegedly sent Bisciotta a screenshot of a text conversation between Bisciotta and Bianca on September 28, 2022.
When approached by Daily Mail Australia while working at Ivanhoe, Melbourne on Monday, Alexandra said she would not be drawn into the latest claims about her nephew and asked for privacy.

Another time, on September 13, 2022, West allegedly texted Bisciotta about an 'A-list fashion model', whom he was 'determined' to have sex with, and asked her to model for his sunglasses campaign.
'Is [young A-list fashion model] Better than that for me [different A-list fashion model]? How do I tell her, I have to ask her mother.'

Bisciotta also said he used his connections at companies like Adidas and Cap to get work visas to smuggle women into the U.S. for sex.
At his companies they were given 'vague job titles' and made to sign NDAs about their experiences.
The lawsuit alleges that he often had sex with employees and had a 'rotating list of guests' at his Yeezy company offices.
Employees were ordered to make temporary bedrooms with a mattress on the floor, pillows and a blanket or a closet in one room.
He also used staff bathrooms and changing rooms, the lawsuit states.
