A Guide To Whitebeard In Anime Last Stand

Before we get into the guide proper, a quick clarification. Whitebeard is the name of the One Piece character this Unit is based on, but its in-game name is actually World’s Strongest (Old). Unit discussions for Anime Last Stand often refer to them by their original character names, and we’ll be doing the same here. Just be aware that Whitebeard and World’s Strongest (Old) are interchangeable as far as Anime Last Stand is concerned.

How To Get Whitebeard In Anime Last Stand

As with the majority of Units in Anime Last Stand, you can get Whitebeard through the gacha summoning system. Visit the ‘Summon’ area in the game’s hub, and there’s a chance Whitebeard will be one of the options you can roll.

He can appear on both Banner 1 and Banner 2. Your chances of rolling him on each are 0.5% and 1%, respectively. He’s a Mythic-rarity Unit, so this is par for the course. If you’re aiming to add him to your team, your best bet is to roll for him on Banner 2. This is more expensive, but your chances are double what they are on Banner 1.

How To Use Whitebeard

Whitebeard deals high damage with his attacks, but also has a fairly high SPA stat. This means that he’ll hit hard, but not as often as you’d like. To counteract this, you can pair him up with Support Units. Dark Captain, a fellow Mythic Unit, can slow your enemies down, making Whitebeard’s low attack speed less of an issue. Idol can greatly boost his Range, letting him hit enemies that would have ordinarily slipped past. You can also invest in SPA reduction on his Skill Tree.
