Adriana Lima looked incredible when she returned to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2024 after a six-year hiatus, on Tuesday.

The Brazilian beauty, 43, shocked fans with her taut face as she showed off her age-defying look in a shimmering black bikini.

The outfit was paired with a sheer plaid crop top and matching leggings. The runway sensation also rocked a pair of metallic angel wings, and swept her brunette tresses back into a high ponytail.

She rounded off her look with a pair of fuzzy black heels and wore a picture-perfect blush that accentuated her chiseled cheeks.

Lima came out of retirement to 'prove she's still got it' – and 'send a message to the haters' after falling victim to vicious trolls last year.

Six years after her shock exit in 2018, she announced her triumphant return to the underwear brand on Monday.

Insiders say she was forced to return for the brand's first show since 2019 after being accused of having her face altered and looking 'unrecognisable' at last year's Hunger Games premiere.

Apart from wanting to hit back at the haters, she was also keen to get back 'the job she's always loved'.

'Adriana needs to focus on other things in life,' a source told DailyMail.com. But she missed the job she loved forever.

'She wants to prove she's still got it. The criticism she received on her face was shocking and she wants to send a message to the haters with this comeback.

Adriana shares daughters Valentina, 14, Sienna, 12, with ex-partner Marco Jaric, and son Sienna, two, with boyfriend Andre Lemars.

According to the source, she hopes her return will send a positive message to her children.

They added: 'She wants to make an impact and show her kids that you should never let the haters down. She is excited to bring it.

'If she can give back to something that has treated her so well in the past, it's an absolute success.'

Adriana first signed with the VS brand in 1999 and quickly earned her wings as a coveted VS Angel the following year.

She shocked fans by announcing her retirement from the brand in November 2018 after nearly two decades.

A year later, the fashion world was stunned when the annual VS fashion show, launched in 1995, was scrapped following a backlash over its alleged lack of body diversity.
