The Swiss quartet proved accurate Thursday night in the NHL. Nico Hischier, Timo Meyer, Nino Niederreiter and Kevin Fiala were among the scorers.

Vancouver-New Jersey 0:6

Nico Hischier, 1 goal, 2 assists, 2 shots, 3 blocks, 1 check, 20:29 TOI
Timo Meier, 1 goal, 3 shots, 1 check, 15:17 TOI
Jonas Siegenthaler, 2 blocks, 20:17 TOI
Pius Suter, 2 shots, 1 check, 3:36 PM TOI

Pius Suter led the New Jersey Devils to a 6-0 win over the Vancouver Canucks on the road thanks to strong performances from Nico Hischier and Timo Meyer. In just 53 seconds, Hischier opened the scoring. The captain also prepared second-quarter goals from Canadians Dawson Mercer and Meyer to help the team take a 3-0 lead.

Hischier has ten goals this season, the only number one in the entire league in this statistic. He also has five assists on his record. So far, Meyer has scored 5 goals and contributed 7 assists.

Detroit-Winnipeg 2:6

Nino Niederreiter, 1 goal, 4 shots, 1 check, 14:48 TOI

Niederreiter's Winnipeg Jets appear to have bounced back from their first loss of the season. Two days after closing the series with a 4-6 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs at home, they defeated the Detroit Red Wings 6-2 on the road.

The Jets were already up 3-0 after the first quarter and didn't allow themselves to panic when the Red Wings cut the lead to 2-3 in the second quarter. Niederreiter calmed things down early in the third period. Only ten seconds after the game restarted, Graubünden players rewritten the score to 4-2. It was his fifth goal of the tournament.

Los Angeles – Vegas 6:3

Kevin Fiala, 1 goal, 1 assist, 2 shots, 15:07 TOI

Kevin Fiala celebrates a successful return. The St. Gallen player did not participate in the previous day's game against the San Jose Sharks due to disciplinary reasons, but he was part of the Los Angeles Kings' 6-3 win over the in-form Vegas Golden Knights. A week ago, the Kings lost 6-1 to a Nevada team that had won four games in a row.

Fiala successfully avenged 5:1 in the third quarter and was one of the preparers for Canadian Joel Edmondson's 6:1 victory. Like Niederreiter, the eastern Swiss native has now scored five goals and provided three assists.

Colorado-Tampa Bay 2:5

Janis Moser, 2 shots, 3 blocks, 1 check, 24:52 TOI
