Netflix Games’ July 2024 update: Arranger, Dragon Prince, Minesweeper and more

  • Check out the five new games added over July to Netflix Games!
  • Dating sims, RPGs and sports amongst others
  • And check out what we thought of unique puzzler Arranger

Netflix Games and their fairly well-regarded mobile offering have been a frequent topic for us. And now with July coming to a close, we’re going to look back on the five great games recently added to the service! Whether it’s RPG, puzzle games or dating sims, there’s a lot to choose from this month.

So let’s get started.

  • Arranger – This unusual but quite fun game sees you playing as a young woman with the ability to rearrange the world around her, creating pathways to solve puzzles and dispatch enemies.
  • The Dragon Prince: Xadia – Based on the animated series, Xadia is a traditional isometric RPG that has you play as characters from the series. Boasts co-op gameplay and more.
  • Minesweeper – Netflix has joined Microsoft in making their own version of the classic logic puzzle. Functionally the same as any other, but with a nicer coat of paint and a ‘world tour’ style mode.
  • Sports Sports – Just in time for the Olympics, this retro series of micro-games has you compete in various athletic contests, creating your own avatar to do so.
  • Too Hot to Handle 3 – If you’re a fan of the reality dating show, you’ll probably like this. For the rest of us, it’s fairly simple visual novel fare.

Netflix stays strong

While we’ve had some misgivings about Netflix Games and their catalogue in the past, mainly that they haven’t been able to make people actually aware of some of their brilliant additions, the fact the streaming service seems to be in it for the long haul is a good sign. Arranger is one game that really caught our eye, but adding a classic like Minesweeper is also great fun.
