Type Soul Bankai Guide

Bankai is a set of powers that you can get by upgrading a Shinigami’s weapon, and it’s a long process! But don’t worry, I’ll talk you through each step, so you can get Bankai in no time.

Bankai Progression

Before you can progress your Bankai, you must achieve Shikai first. Once you have done that, there are a few stages you must complete. You can visit the Seated Shinigami NPC in Karakura Town to keep tabs on your progress.

• Stage 1 – You must do one of these three things.
  • Win 13 Raids
  • Win 7 Clan Wars
  • Win 26 Ranked Duels
• Stage 2 – This is where things get a little harder, as you must do all of the following things without dying. If you do die, you must start all over again.
  • Score 15 Elite Grips
  • Kill 80 Hollows
  • Kill either Jindabo or Bawabawa

If you’ve made it this far, congratulations! However, it’s not over yet. Now, you must battle your Bankai and win.
