The Stellar Blade release date is fast approaching, slated for an April launch. This game is an entirely new IP coming exclusively to PlayStation, and there is speculation of a PC port down the line. The game has been hotly anticipated and garnering a lot of attention, due to the female protagonist, and the fluid combat.
A demo for Stellar Blade is out in the wild now, letting you challenge bosses and get a sample of the levels it has to offer. As an action game, Stellar Blade looks odd and that it lacks a lot of substance, but it seemingly has fantastic combat.
When does Stellar Blade come out?
Stellar Blade is going to be released on Friday, April 26 exclusively for PS5. This release date for Stellar Blade has been confirmed on the official PlayStation Blog in this post. If you want to play the game early, there is currently a free demo available on the PSN.

Stellar Blade platforms
As it stands, Stellar Blade is only available on PS5. There is no more information on whether or not Stellar Blade will come to other platforms, such as PC or Xbox. While not confirmed, we could see a PC port eventually, as is typically the trend with modern PS5 exclusives. With previous games, such as Final Fantasy 7 Remake, we’ve seen PS5 exclusives eventually make their way over to PC, generally being ‘timed exclusives’ for the console.
