Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 is now out to enjoy. There are lots of things available to play from day one of the launch, but there is even more coming out mid-season. While the launch of Season 3 happened yesterday, in just a couple of weeks fans will be able to celebrate a 4/20 event. Ahead of this event, an exciting new Call of Duty MW3 map and mode has leaked.
A leak suggests we will possibly be able to enjoy the Call of Duty 2024 Black Ops Gulf War beta in a few months, but for right now we are celebrating Modern Warfare 3 Season 3. Activision’s roadmap details all of the new content yet to come out, and players right now can get the brand new Godzilla x Kong bundle for the release of the New Empire movie.
While the return of Godzilla and Kong-themed skins is cool, what’s most exciting coming out this month is Activision’s upcoming 4/20 event. There’s lots to anticipate, and one of the most mouth-watering additions is a leaked map and new mode.
New Call of Duty Mw3 map and mode leaked for 4/20 event
A new map and mode has leaked for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Season 3. This new map and mode is reportedly called G3T H1GH, and it will be a limited-time mode to celebrate 4/20 on, of course, April 20th.
Not only have reports detailed the new MW3 map and mode, but prominent dataminer BobNetworkUK (via Insider Gaming) has even uploaded 10 minutes of gameplay. You can check out the gameplay for yourself in the embedded video below:
Looking at the gameplay, the map takes place in a neon Tron-esque environment. Basically, the goal is to race to the top, and it features parkour gameplay with obstacles and obstructions to get past. It looks really fun, and it should be a refreshing break from the usual Call of Duty gameplay.
Unfortunately, it will be limited-time only which means it won’t be around forever. It’s also not the only way that Activision is celebrating 4/20 with Call of Duty.
In addition to the new G3T H1GH map and mode, there will also be the release of the Cheech and Chong bundle on April 20th. Not only that but there is also the return of Snoop Dogg as an Operator skin.
