A new update has arrived for MLB Rivals on iOS and Android devices that includes new modes, rewards, updated schedules, rosters and more. The new Rival Series Mode challenges players to use Live Cards of active players and cards from their previous season in a full 162-game schedule. A new Rival Pick feature grants special effects to player cards and boosts stats, potential and deck score, similar to the Live Cards of a batter and a pitcher from each club.
In celebration of the 2024 MLB season, players can earn a Player Selective Live Pack to scout a player of their choice among the 2024 Live Cards simply by logging into the game. Fans can also receive exclusive rewards like the Team Selective Exclusive Prime Pack and Player Selective Prime Pack by jumping into the Season Opening Special Scout Event, beginning on March 29.
At the Season Opening Celebration Event, every player will be rewarded with special prizes including Live Packs and Impact Cards featuring renowned cover athletes Jung Hoo Lee of the San Francisco Giants, Xander Bogaerts of the San Diego Padres, and Freddie Freeman of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
