How to Skip Dialogue in Tales of Tanorio
The question a lot of players are asking right now is “How do you skip the dialogue in this game?”. While it’s impressive that a Roblox game has full voice acting, it does slow down cutscenes and progression. You can’t actually skip through the dialogue while the voice acting is active, which results in a much slower experience.
This is especially annoying if you’re trying to Shiny hunt for a starter Tanorian, which requires resetting multiple times, leading to the beginning cutscene playing repeatedly. There is one singular solution to this problem, which is to turn the voice-acting feature off! This allows you to quickly click through dialogue boxes, speeding up the cutscene, and getting you back into the action.
How to Turn Voice Acting Off
Follow these steps to turn the feature off during gameplay.
- Hit the Tab button on your keyboard to open the game’s menu
- Click the ‘Settings’ option
- Displayed with a cog icon with purple/pink text
- Use your scroll wheel to scroll down the options
- Click the Voice Acting box to tick it
- This means that you’ve deactivated voice acting!
After this, you can go into any cutscene with an NPC and there will be no voice acting, allowing you to click the screen to skip the dialogue. The voice-acting option should remain deactivated even if you log in and out of the game, but I personally experienced it reactivating after I loaded up the game again.
