The Makeshift Camp Cache treasure map can be found in the High Cave Shelter northeast of the Hunters’ Camp in the Dark Woods Region. Makeshift Camp Cache Treasure Location In Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden
The Makeshift Camp Cache treasure in Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is located inside the Hunters’ Camp. Players can return from the High Cave Shelter to the Hunters’ Camp by walking the long distance or simply fast traveling in Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden by interacting with the campfire. Taking the long way may not be a bad idea as you may take it as a chance to uncover more secrets along the way, like new resources or a spectral nest that needs cleansing.
Once Banishers reach the Hunters’ Camp, head northwest from the Camp’s Shelter and jump down the cliff. Approach the rushing river to find a rock that can be dug. Interact with the spot to find the treasure, which turns out to be a Scrouge Accretion. It’s a rare item that’s described as a black and red gem that emits a dark aura. You can usually obtain it by defeating Scrouge beasts or by purchasing it from a Witch later on in the game.
As for where to use the Scrouge Accretion, Banishers can use it along with other resources to upgrade gears like Outfit, Saber & Firebane, and Bane Ring. Leveling up gear is as essential as exploration as it helps players navigate the map more easily. You can also try to increase attributes in Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden by completing some Ritual Sites to become even stronger.
