Where to Find Iron Ore in Enshrouded

Nomad Highlands

The first location where a player can find iron ores is the Ancient Spire of Nomad Highlands. After fast travel, players can instantly spot an opening beneath the mountain wall. Move through the opening; players must slightly change their direction towards the East and head straight.

After a few minutes, players will be able to encounter another opening. Once players are near it, they can locate gold-colored marks on the floor. This will be a player’s indication to turn right from there and walk straight.

You will have to keep moving until they see a cave opening on their left-hand side. However, this opening will be guarded by two level 21 enemies. Defeating them is easy, so there should be no problem. Then, head straight to reach the underground level, where a player can spot the Shroud Root.

Players can break the Shroud Root for additional resources. Once done, they can spot a chest behind the encountered Shroud Root, giving rise to multiple random items. Just adjacent to the chest is a black-colored pile of iron ores which players can harvest.

Kindlewaste

Kindlewaste is another location like the Caravan Camp, where iron ores can be found, and just like the former location, there is a cave passage here. Players can reach this location by marking the cave passage from one’s map.

Upon arrival, players must enter the cave and walk straight ahead until they stumble upon an enormous pile of iron ore.

Caravan Camp

Caravan Camp allows players to find iron ore easily without combating strong enemies. Once players reach the location’s entrance, they’ll soon encounter a large cave opening. Continuing straight ahead of the cave, players can spot two diverging pathways.

However, right in the center, players will be able to encounter an enormous deposit of iron ores that they can store. Scouting the place thoroughly will result in considerable additional iron ores.

Ridgeback Mine

Ridgeback is located near Ancient Spire – Kindlewastes. However, a downside of this location is that it is crowded with level 23 enemies. Furthermore, one of the bosses is present here, too, so a player must be well-equipped with the necessary items to loot in this area efficiently.

Once players have defeated the opponents, they’ll have to now locate the mining area present near a small cabin on the opposite side of Ridgeback Mine’s entrance. Additionally, players can find an extra amount of iron ore by walking towards the hill above this small cabin.
