One particular The Finals highlight play has the community buzzing. The hit first-person shooter has garnered a lot of attention and has a lot of players playing it all the time. That has generated some highlight reel plays, but very few of them are as impressive or noteworthy as one that just surfaced on Reddit.
Impressive The Finals highlight play gets players hyped
The Finals’ gameplay lends itself to highlights. First-person shooters often do, but this one especially so. That’s what Reddit user u/Saquon realized when he made one of the most impressive plays in recent memory. It wasn’t a shot or a fight won, which makes it all the more impressive.
In fact, it was a death that earned such praise. The player in question used the cashout as a decoy, which attracted an enemy player to the spot. This cost the original player his life for the moment, but the bait was set and the enemy was hooked. After that, it was a matter of seconds before teammates put the finishing touches on a well-deserved victory.
It was one of the most high-IQ plays one will see. It was also one of the most selfless. His stats suffered slightly and he took a big risk, but it paid off and the community is impressed, to say the least. u/thepoorguy101 said, “It’s plays like this that separates good players from average. Well done.”
A few commenters even fell for the bait themselves. They admitted they had to watch a couple of times to realize that it was all a ploy and not a failed attempt at stealing the box for himself. It was so smart it fooled almost everyone. u/Before_The_Tesseract summed it up, “Got us all man. Got. Us. All.”
u/iloveNCIS7 paid them a high compliment, “Brilliant play, that’s some game awareness.” The community was thoroughly impressed and many admitted that they’d be using similar tactics from now on. It was a smart move and it’s getting a lot of earned praise.
That’s all for the impressive The Finals highlight play, but be sure to check out the most recent patch, a crazy glitch, and what the players want.
