Today third-party developers had some juicy reveals to share about upcoming add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator, including aircraft and scenery.
We start with iniBuilds, which revealed part of its plans for 2024.
Yet, first of all, we hear about the Airbus A300. Price, store page, release date, and an extensive video will be revealed on December 26.
Moving on to scenery, we learn that the developers plan to release Abu Dhabi International Airport (OMAA) in the United Arab Emirates in 2024.
Not only it’ll come in the latest configuration that includes Terminal A, but several landmarks surrounding the airport will also be portrayed.
Another airport coming in 2024 is Leeds Bradford Airport (EGNM) in the UK. As usual, it’s worth mentioning that it’s a completely separate product from the one just released by Orbx.
The developer also has two more airports in the UK planned for next year, but these were not revealed.

Moving on to something perhaps even more exciting, iniBuilds announced that it will release an Aurbus A350 airliner within 2024.
Both -900 and -1000 variants are planned with both winglet types for the -900. The image below is far from final, so please keep that in mind.
Again, keep in mind that this is a completely separate project from the one in the works at Digital Flight Dynamics, which is going to be freeware and open source.
We also hear about the Aibus A380, which is also coming for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The developer decided to rebuild the model from scratch, so it’ll be released after the A350.
Moving on to Orbx, the Australian developer announced Gold Coast Airport (YBCG) in Australia.
It’s in development by Matteo Veneziani and it’ll be released soon, including “detailed ground markings, dynamic airport lighting, and custom taxiway signage.”
For now, we get a single screenshot.
As usual, please keep in mind that here on TechRaptor we publish daily Microsoft Flight Simulator news. If you need help navigating this complex third-party industry, you have come to the right place.
