Gamers have been treated to a truly special year of video game releases. This is a contender for one of the best years ever thanks to juggernauts such as Baldur’s Gate 3, Tears of the Kingdom, and Hogwarts Legacy, as well as critically acclaimed masterpieces such as Alan Wake 2. To truly say farewell to 2023, you can now get your end-of-year 2023 review stats for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. These stats reveal your most played games and how many achievements you have unlocked during the past 12 months, as well as how many hours you have spent playing video games in total.
Although this year has been better than most others, there are still lots of upcoming games to anticipate in 2024. January alone has The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered release date for PS5, and there’s also Tekken 8 available in demo format right now. Then February is even more hectic with Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League, Persona 3 Reload, and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
Yes, 2024 is massively exciting, and the new year is right around the corner. To properly say farewell to 2023, make sure to get your Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch end-of-year stats.
How to get PS4, PS5 end of year review stats 2023
Simply open Sony’s wrapup website to get your PS4/PS5 end-of-year review stats for 2023. Once you’ve done that, all you need to do is sign in using your PSN ID’s email address and password.
Not only will you get stats revealing your most played game, your most played genre, your total cumulation of hours spent playing video games, and how many trophies you’ve unlocked, but you will also be rewarded with a free avatar to download. Not only that but also a free digital collectible, the Marvel’s Spider-Man Spider-Bot.
How to get Xbox end-of-year review stats 2023
As for Xbox, you need to open their year in review webpage and sign into your Microsoft account. It’s pretty much the same as Sony but less visually flashy. You will see a pie chart of the top genres you’ve played, and you will also see your 2023 highlights including your total time, total games, total gamerscore, and top gameplay month.
Nintendo Switch
Finally, in the world of consoles, there’s Nintendo Switch. Open Nintendo’s year in review webpage, and sign into your account using your email address and password. Again, it’s basically the same as PlayStation and Xbox, but obviously for games you have played on Nintendo Switch. You will see your most played video game as well as other stats such as how many hours, how many genres, and the most popular genre.
It’s always great getting these recaps and stats. Granted, seeing your total cumulation of hours spent playing video games on the couch can be terrifying, but it’s interesting at the same time. What’s even better is sharing your results with friends either online or in person.
In other festive gaming news, the Epic Games store is releasing 17 free mystery games during December 2023. And, for more freebies, the God of War Ragnarok Valhalla DLC is available to play right now on PlayStation.
