How to Get the Merciless

Merciless is a medium-range weapon with exceptional accuracy and a high DPS. It has a rapid-fire rate, promising quick implementation of the Bleed effect. Its mod is known as Bloodline, which helps stagger the foes three times and increases damage by 50%. However, it’s not possible to purchase the Merciless from a merchant, and it requires players to craft it with the help of McCabe in Ward 13.

The players need 7 Lumenite Crystals, 650 scraps, and one Crimson Membrane. The Lumenite Crystals and scraps are readily available, but players have to go on a quest to find the Crimson Membrane. Once acquired, it can be upgraded ten times.

Finding the Crimson Membrane

Crimson Membrane is a special crafting item that players can obtain by defeating the Corrupted Ravager. The Ravager is a final boss found in the Ravager’s Lair on Yaesha. To find the Ravager’s Lair, players can reroll Yaesha in Adventure Mode till they get access to The Forbidden Grove variant.

After getting through the Water Harp, players can find the Corrupted Ravager. Instead of saving or killing the Doe, players should directly shoot the Ravager. This triggers the final boss fight.

Once the Ravager’s health drops to 50%, he will go over and start feeding on the Doe during the fight. After killing the Doe, the Ravager will run towards the player again. This time, players need to fully eliminate the Ravager. As a reward, players are given the Crimson Membrane.

Players need to be careful and avoid killing the Doe by themselves. Otherwise, they will not be able to get the Crimson Membrane.

Once the fight is over, players can return to Ward 13 and interact with McCabe. She uses the Crimson Membrane to craft the Merciless gun.
