Community Days in Pokémon Go are a day where you have an increased chance of catching whatever the featured Pokémon is. For instance, if Eevee is the featured Pokemon, you have an increased chance of catching Eevee.
The increased catching chance is great but there are plenty of other bonuses that come along with these events. Other bonuses include increased module and incense times, double candy for catching Pokemon, and even rewards for taking photos of encounters.
Did you know?
Pokemon Go Community Days sometimes come with additional bundles that you can purchase from the in-game store.
Other bonuses increase in-game items like more Poké Balls, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls. You will also get more Stardust. The increased chance of getting the featured Pokemon also means you have an increased chance of getting a shiny Pokémon.
During a Community Day, it is important to hang out around Pokéstops and use Lure Modules to increase your chances of finding and catching Pokemon.
Now that you know everything about these upcoming events, you might want to know how raids work in Pokémon Go. Make sure you also know all the Eevee Evolution Pokemon Go Codes.
Is there a difference between Community Day and Community Day Classic in Pokemon Go?
There isn’t much of a difference between the events. The main difference is that Classic Community Days typically have classic Pokemon from the early generations.
There are typically bundles that you can purchase from the in-game shop to get extra Poke Balls.
